I recently had an interesting conversation about the developing political events in Russia with a American friend whose grandparents came to United States from that country after the Communist Revolution of 1917. A staunch patriot and veteran of Operation Desert Storm, my friend passionately feels that while a return to our Constitutional principles are necessary for us, the Russian government's disregard for what most Americans would consider rights, is entirely appropriate for them. (Including Putin's policy of silencing dissidenting views from newspapers, radio, and websites)

The question then arises: What are inalienable rights?

As our Founding Fathers believed:
We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. — That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, — That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.

6-02-08 Patriot Music is proud to help celebrate the life of Army Captain Chris Cash who was killed in action in Iraq on June 24th, 2004.
Each year, his parents hold the "Run for Cash 5K" Memorial 5K Run & 2.5 Mile Walk in
Old Orchard Beach, Maine. This year's will be their 4th Annual event and will be held on Saturday, June 21. Winners will recieve Patriot and Patriot 2: "A Celebration of Liberty" CDs as part of the many awards. In Private and Free of Patriot 2: A Celebration of Liberty" , the Devil's two growls were "performed" by my sister's Black Labrador Retriever, Bud. I gave him a bone and then pretended to take it back.
